its ok i think and didnt take long at all its just a piece of mount board or in my case a few pieces of card layered and glued together to make it stronger then covered with a piece of wadding and then cover that with fabric then take six pieces of ribbon all the same size to reach from one corner to the other and lay them out as i have and glue the ends to the board then cover the back with another piece of card now your ready to decorate your notice board have fun i did.....
I know its not halloween yet theres still quite a while to go but all of a sudden i have a craving for halloween must be the witch in me hahahaheeheehee!!!!!!!!now i know i've lost the plot lol.....
